Making a Reservation

Reservations may be made through our website, phone, email, or approved communication channels. Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee vehicle availability.

• Reservations are subject to availability.
• A confirmation email or message is required before your booking is considered accepted.
• Vehicle availability may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle when necessary.

We recommend booking as early as possible to maximize vehicle availability, especially during weekends and holidays.

Who Can Rent?

To complete a reservation, customers must meet our minimum eligibility requirements.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must provide accurate personal information.
• Additional verification may be requested before approval.

Meeting these requirements does not automatically guarantee approval. Every reservation is subject to review by DS Auto Rentals.

Payment Information

Rental pricing, deposits, and payment requirements are displayed during the booking process. Full payment requirements and deposit policies are explained again within your Rental Agreement before vehicle pickup.

• A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle release.
• Reservations may be cancelled if payment requirements are not completed.

Reservation Changes

If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reservation modifications based on vehicle availability.

• Failure to arrive for your scheduled reservation may be considered a no-show.
